​Cancellation & Refund Policy
​Thank you for shopping at SAZORI (M/S GHOSH JEWELLERS). We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
​1. Return & Replacement Window
​We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy for manufacturing defects or damaged products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. After 7 days from the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
​ 2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
​To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:
​The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
​It must be unworn, unused, and unaltered.
​The item must be in its original packaging/packet. Products returned in an opened, torn, or unsealed condition without valid reason will not be accepted.
​It must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
​ 3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule (For Damaged/Broken Items)
​Since imitation jewellery is delicate, to claim a refund or replacement for a broken, damaged, or missing item, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
​The video must start BEFORE opening the main outer courier packaging/packet.
​The video must clearly show the shipping label, the fully sealed packet, and the entire process of opening the box and inspecting the jewellery.
​Any clips that are edited, paused, or recorded after the parcel has already been opened will not be considered valid proof.
​Without a proper unboxing video starting from the sealed package, we will not be able to process any damage or shortage claims.
4. How to Initiate a Return
​To start a return or replacement request, you can contact us at admin@sazori.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8017454815 within 7 days of delivery. Please share your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and the mandatory unboxing video.
​If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
​ 5. Refunds Process
​Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected based on the product condition.
​If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
​Shipping charges are non-refundable.
​ 6. Cancellations
​Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
